MindMatch Child Safety Standards

MindMatch, operated by AVA Intelligent, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Zero tolerance

Prohibited content and conduct

MindMatch prohibits:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, distributing, or promoting CSAM.
  • Sexualizing or exploiting anyone under 18.
  • Grooming or attempting to establish contact with a child for sexual purposes.
  • Sextortion, sexual solicitation, or requesting sexual images from a minor.
  • Trafficking or facilitating the sexual exploitation of children.
  • Sharing links or instructions that provide access to CSAM.
  • Using MindMatch profiles, messages, groups, forums, or TechClubs to endanger or exploit children.

Reporting

Reporting a concern

Users can report child-safety concerns directly inside MindMatch:

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Select Safety & Support.
  3. Select Report child-safety concern.

Users can also select Report user from another member's profile and report content from community questions and TechClub discussions.

Reports are private and are stored for review by the MindMatch safety team.

Response

Our response

When MindMatch becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may:

  • Remove or restrict the reported content.
  • Suspend or permanently disable involved accounts.
  • Prevent reported users from contacting other members.
  • Preserve relevant information when legally required.
  • Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional or national authority.
  • Cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement authorities.

Emergency

Immediate danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority in your country.

Do not redistribute suspected CSAM when submitting a report.
